Key players and market analysts all agree that the Italian audiovisual production sector is experiencing a season of significant evolution and growth.

In spite of a general stagnant domestic economy, the Italian audiovisual industry – in particular the production of video-television content – has entered a true stage of rebirth featuring important positive trends, including:

  • Growing interest towards Italian products;
  • growth of M&A also across borders;
  • increase of tax credits for TV products and a greater understanding of its cultural importance;
  • the development of OTT platforms with significant outcomes on the entire demand side
