This growth is essentially due to the entry of global VOD operators on the market who have been increasing their investments in these genres since 2018.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n<div id=\"grafico-block_0152d06c71ac4d1166a3bcae1450b11d\" class=\"grafico mb-5\">\n\n     <p class=\"titoletto pt-2 mb-3 bd\">Overall budget composition for TV &#038; VOD series and films \u2013 investment by source<br \/>\n          <span class=\"small text-black-50\">(\u20acm)<\/span>     <\/p>\n\n          <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ricerche.apaonline.it\/website\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Apa_Ricerche_ItalianOrigin_ENG_2023_12.png\" class=\"img-fluid\" \/>\n     \n     \n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Linear TV operators \u2013 increasingly involved in the production of titles for their VoD platforms \u2013 record a stable annual fiction investment (around <strong>\u20ac250m<\/strong>)<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The largest share of the annual budget for fiction works is made up of the contribution of domestic producers (supported by the Tax Credit and other aid) and of upstream producers and distributors (<em>gap financing<\/em>) in the form of a guaranteed minimum.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An important and growing role is played by global VOD operators who are becoming major protagonists in the production of series and films.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n<div id=\"grafico-block_9aef90f2cf1e50bb9810351045a68358\" class=\"grafico mb-5\">\n\n     <p class=\"titoletto pt-2 mb-3 bd\">Investment evolution estimate of linear TV &#038; VOD operators in fictional works <br \/>\n          <span class=\"small text-black-50\">(\u20acm)<\/span>     <\/p>\n\n          <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ricerche.apaonline.it\/website\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Apa_Ricerche_ItalianOrigin_ENG_2023_08.png\" class=\"img-fluid\" \/>\n     \n     \n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Despite the forecast, the growth of global VOD investments is believed to slow down between 2023 and 2025.
