The operation has been completed in a year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Banijay Group acquired the production company owned by the&nbsp;<strong>Walt Disney Company<\/strong>&nbsp;(after the acquisition of 21st Century Fox) and Apollo Global Management. This way, Endemol Shine adds 66 thousand hours of scripted and unscripted content and more than 4,3 thousand registered formats, with titles such as<em>&nbsp;Black Mirror, Big Brother<\/em>&nbsp;and<em>&nbsp;Masterchef<\/em>.
